How long does it take to receive an order?

Orders ship from our facilities in 7-10 business days from your order. Once your order is made and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email you will get further information about delivery specifics, including a tracking number if available by the shipping provider.

Can I select my shipping method or speed?

Yes, for most orders, you will be able to choose between standard shipping and expedited shipping at checkout based on your needs.

Questions about siizing and materials?

Items that require sizing have sizing guides and materials descriptions in the product listings that offer a good description of the exact measurements of each item.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not at this time. We are working on enabling suppliers outside of the United States soon.

How can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number (if available) at the email address you used to complete your order.

What if I have a problem with my order?

How can I use my member shop discount?

Annual Members of our Locals Community get a 10% discount on all merchandise. The Locals Members-only Discount Code changes periodically and can be found in your members section on the Locals app. On the RobertGouveia.com Shop, you can enter this code or any other discount code in the Coupon Code box at checkout.

Do you offer other discounts?

Yes! Periodically, there will be special promotions where we offer discounts on products and offerings. Be sure to sign up to the newsletter here and watch the daily show for all the important announcements.

How do Returns / Exchanges work?
